Fridays at 6pm
Starting September 25th
You are invited to join us for a weekly gathering to learn and practice the disciplines of stillness, attention, and prayer.
Throughout Christian history, believers have cultivated practices of silence, attention, and prayer. This weekly gathering offers an opportunity to explore these practices together as a way of deepening our life with God.
Scripture, prayer, worship, and holy conversation are understood as the means of grace--the ordinary ways through which God meets and transforms us. Together we will develop the foundations of contemplative practice through posture, attentive awareness, breath prayer, and silence, with space to reflect on how these simple disciplines can quiet distraction, deepen our relationship with Christ, and enrich our daily life of prayer.
All are welcome, whether new to meditation or simply curious about how these practices might support a more present and receptive spiritual life.
